Assinesi earns Association of Division III Independents men's basketball Player of the Week honors

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – University of Dallas sophomore guard Drew Assinesi (Pasadena, Calif.) has been named the Association of Division III Independents men's basketball Player of the Week. Assinesi averaged 10.0 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game in three contests. He led his squad in points against Colorado College with 15 and went 5-of-5 from the charity stripe.
