Final Men's Golf results from USCAA National Championship

On Tuesday, the University of Dallas men's golf team wrapped up play in the USCAA National Championship, held at the Penn State Blue course, in College Station, Penn. 

Though the team would've liked to finish better than thirteenth place, they improved from day-one to day-two, in shooting a tournament total of (372-351) 723. 

UD freshman Marcos Martinez, (The Woodlands, TX/The Woodlands H.S.) who finished tied for eleventh place, was a model of consistency, shooting (78-79) 157 for the tournament. 

Meanwhile, other Crusader two-day totals are as folllows:

59th - Collin Puthoff (93-85) 178

75th - Andrew Bechter (93-96) 189

83rd - Reid Hansen (108-109) 217

WD - Eric Bechter (WD-91)

WD - Brady Bulmanski (WD-WD)

With this concluding fall golf for the UD men, the team will return to action April 18, 2011, when they travel to St. Louis, MO, to participate in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Championship at Forest Park Golf Club.
