  • Men's Lacrosse falls to Piedmont on Thursday

    DEMOREST, Ga. – The University of Dallas men’s lacrosse team ended its three-game road trip with an 18-3 setback at Piedmont College on Thursday. A goal by J.P. Hasson (Fairfax, Va.) evened the match at 1-1 early in the first quarter, but two quick goals a couple minutes later by Chris Hadlow and Chase Goff sparked a stretch of 12 straight goals through to the second half.
  • Crusaders defeat Oglethorpe on Tuesday Night to End Skid

    ATLANTA, Ga. – The University of Dallas men’s lacrosse team halted a three-game losing streak and won for the first time in March on Tuesday in an 11-8 result at Oglethorpe University. After dropping a neutral site match at Oglethorpe Field two days ago, the Crusaders went up 4-1 through the first quarter. That difference stood up, as these teams matched each other for goals the remainder of the night.

    ATLANTA, Ga. – The University of Dallas men’s lacrosse team fell to Greensboro College 14-8 in the first match of a three-game trip over Spring Break. The Crusaders have dropped their last three to move to 3-4 overall. Greensboro won its seventh in a row, as the two programs met on Oglethorpe Field in a neutral site batt.e
  • Men's Lacrosse Concludes Home Stretch with Setback to Alfred University

    IRVING, Texas – The University of Dallas men’s lacrosse team was unable to keep up with a strong Alfred University opponent in a 20-8 decision on Friday evening to conclude the three-game home stretch. Dallas trailed 9-2 at halftime, and the visitors were able to match that total in a single quarter to push on ahead.
  • Streak ends for Men's Lacrosse on Saturday against Hendrix

    IRVING, Texas – The University of Dallas men’s lacrosse team fell 13-4 on Saturday afternoon to Hendrix College. The setback ended a three-game winning streak for the Crusaders, who fell to 3-2 overall. The Warriors snapped a three-game slide of their own and moved to 3-3.
  • Men's Lacrosse extends Streak to 3 with Huge Win on Wednesday

    IRVING, Texas - The University of Dallas men's lacrosse team rolled to an 18-4 victory on a rainy Wednesday afternoon over Johnson & Wales University (CO). The Crusaders tied their longest all-time winning streak with their third straight win since dropping the season opener. UD's 3-1 start is the best in the program, with the other three-game win streak having occurred in 2011 (March 27th - April 9th).

    ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The University of Dallas men’s lacrosse team outscored Fontbonne University 12-3 after being deadlocked at halftime to pull away 17-8 on a rainy afternoon at Centene Stadium.
  • Men's Lacrosse tops Marian 9-7 in 1st Win of 2018

    IRVING, Texas – The University of Dallas men’s lacrosse team earned its first win of the 2018 season by edging Marian University 9-7 on Sunday afternoon. Tyler Smith (Snoqualmie, Wash.) led the team with three goals, including two crucial ones in the last quarter. The Sabres (1-1) never led by cur a four-goal deficit in the last three minutes. Dallas (1-1) was able to hang on, with Christian Lopez (Las Vegas, Nev.) making a huge save the last minute to halt the momentum.
  • Men's Lacrosse drops Season Opener to Huntingdon

    IRVING, Texas – The University of Dallas men’s lacrosse team was defeated 10-5 in its season opener to Huntingdon College. A 7-1 advantage through the early part of the third quarter was enough to carry the Hawks to a 1-0 start in their opener for the season, too.
  • Men's Lacrosse sets 2018 Schedule

    IRVING, Texas – The University of Dallas men’s lacrosse team released its 2018 schedule for the spring slate. Head Coach Sam Ashton begins his second season with a squad that has 14 contests on the docket. After only playing five games at Crusader Field last year, Dallas projects to be in front of the home crowd eight times. This includes five of the first six matches on the campaign.
  • Men's Lacrosse Partners with Hope Supply Co.

    IRVING, Texas - The Univesity of Dallas men's lacrosse team partnered with the local community this past weekend by lending a hand with Hope Suppy Co. They meet needs of homeless children across North Texas by providing necessities including diapers, clothing, school supplies, toys and programs to enhance their lives. Hope Supply Co. is the only non-profit that dedicates all their efforts to helping homeless children, so a donation to Hope Supply Co. means a donation to children all over Texas. They are partnered with over 60 other organizations.
