Cara Sczepanski earns AD3I Player of the Week and USCAA Honorable Mention Player of the Week honors

Per the Association of Division III Independents (AD3I):

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – University of Dallas senior forward Cara Sczepanski (Highland Village, Texas) has been named the Association of Division III Independents women's basketball Player of the Week. Sczepanski helped the Lady Crusaders to a 1-1 record on the week as she averaged 16 points and 11.5 rebounds per contest. She recorded her fifth double-double of the season in a 25-point win over Dallas Christian and shot 90.9% from the charity stripe (10-of-11) on the week.

Per the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA):
Cara Sczepanski has received Honorable Mention status for Women's Basketball. In a 1-1 week for the Lady Crusaders, Cara posted her fifth double-double of the season with a 20 point, 15 rebound (6 offensive) performance in the victory over Dallas Christian College. In the loss to Rhodes College, Cara amassed 12 points, 8 rebounds, a steal, and an assist. Cara finished 10-11 from the free throw line over the two games.
